Change Asset Status
Track review progress directly from the player.

You can update an asset's workflow status from within ProView so the entire team stays aligned on where a file stands in the review cycle.
How to Change Status
- Open the asset in the Review Player.
- Click the Status dropdown in the top-right of the player (it displays the current status, e.g., Needs Review).
- Select a new status from the list.
The updated status is reflected both in the player header and on the asset card in your Project view.
Available Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
| No Status | Default—no status assigned, or used to clear a status |
| In Progress | Work is actively ongoing |
| Needs Review | Work is ready for feedback |
| Approved | Reviewed and signed off |
Note: You need the appropriate asset permission to change status. If the dropdown is not visible, check with your Project Admin.
