When you open any file from your Project, it launches in ProView—a full-featured player designed for frame-accurate review and team collaboration. ProView supports video, image, audio, and PDF files.
What can you do in the Review Players?
- Watch & navigate video and audio assets with precise playback controls, frame navigation, and mark in/out.
- Review images with zoom controls and visual annotations.
- Review PDFs page by page with zoom controls and page thumbnails.
- Leave frame-accurate comments on video, audio, and image assets; page-anchored comments on PDFs.
- Draw visual annotations directly on video and image frames.
- Preview subtitles on video assets and switch between multiple audio tracks or mixes; comments are automatically tied to the active track so feedback is always in context.
- Validate framing with Safe Area guides across multiple output formats (video only).
- Collaborate in real time—see who's reviewing the same asset live, tag teammates, reply to feedback, and resolve comments
- Download comments as a CSV or PDF—exports reflect your active track filter, visibility filter, and sort order (video only).
- Check asset metadata—technical specs, file details, and attached subtitle and audio tracks (video only)
- Update asset status—mark work as Needs Review, Approved, etc.
- Share assets with stakeholders directly from the player.
- Security watermarks—company logo and reviewer email are overlaid on shared assets to protect content during review and distribution
