Assets are files uploaded by the Project Admins or Members. These files are shared with the team so everyone can begin their tasks.

To keep your work organised, it's recommended to create your personal folder before starting. This helps prevent confusion and ensures you are working with the correct files.

Asset Tab Features:

  • Filter by Owner, Category, Type, Status

  • Sort by Activity

  • Search, List & Grid View

  • Multi-Select Assets: Organize, Publish and Delete Assets

  • An action will be enabled only if you have the required permission.
  • Check individual articles to learn more about these actions in detail.

Multi-Select Assets: Multiple assets can be selected in one of the following ways.

  1. Click Select All button right below Assets tab. It will select all the assets, and the sub-folders, present in the folder.
  2. Use checkbox on every asset and folder to manually select the required assets.

After you have selected multiple-assets, you can do the following.

  • Organize Assets - Copy and Move Assets, as per your permissions
  • Publish Assets - As per the integrations added in the team
  • Delete Assets

Multi-select actions can be performed from the buttons below Assets tab. Asset Actions (...) button will be disabled because Asset Actions (...) are for individual assets only.
