How to Add an Annotation
- Open a video or image in ProView.
- Click the color palette icon in the comment box toolbar.
- The annotation toolbar appears—select a tool and a color.
- Draw on the frame to highlight the area you want to reference.
- If you are reviewing a video, playback will pause automatically so you can annotate accurately.
- Type your comment and press Enter or click Send.

Your annotation is saved alongside the comment and pinned to that specific frame.
