Annotations let you highlight specific areas of a video or image frame, making your feedback precise and easy for teammates to understand.

How to Add an Annotation
  1. Open a video or image in ProView.
  2. Click the color palette icon in the comment box toolbar.
  3. The annotation toolbar appears—select a tool and a color.
  4. Draw on the frame to highlight the area you want to reference.
  5. If you are reviewing a video, playback will pause automatically so you can annotate accurately.
  6. Type your comment and press Enter or click Send.
Your annotation is saved alongside the comment and pinned to that specific frame.
Note: Applies to: video and image assets only. Annotations are not available for audio or PDF assets.
