Send assets from ProView out to a connected cloud platform.

Publishing sends a copy of an asset to a connected integration — ideal for archiving final versions or handing off to partners outside Postudio. It does not move or remove the asset: the original stays in your Postudio project and remains fully usable.
How to Publish
Go to your Project and locate the asset on the Assets tab.

Publish to Amazon S3
- Click Asset Action (...) on the asset.
- Select Publish → Amazon S3 (Secure).
- Choose an output S3 bucket.
- Select the folder path and click Publish.
Publish to Contido
Follow the same steps, choosing Publish → Contido (Secure) instead of Amazon S3.

Note: The Amazon S3 or Contido integration must be enabled by a Team Admin before it can be used for publishing. See Integrate Amazon S3 or Contido.
Tip: To publish several assets together, use Multi-Select Assets. Track publish progress on the Transfers page.

I get an error when I try to publish.
Clicking one throws an error if either the integration isn't connected or you don't have publish permission, with Postudio showing "Ask your team/project admin to enable this feature." Have a Team Admin connect the integration (Integrate Amazon S3 or Contido) and confirm you have publish permission.

Where can I check whether a publish succeeded?
The Transfers page shows the publish history and status (In Queue, Finished, Failed) for your team's assets.
