Search, Filter & Views

If you have a lot of data, finding the required entity might seem difficult. An entity can be either Projects, Asset, Project Members, Tasks, C2E sessions, Shared Assets, or Transferred Assets.

On Postudio, you can use appropriate search and filters to easily narrow down and find the appropriate entity. Here's how you can use Search & Filters.

• Step 1 - Go to any of the following entity page.
• Projects
• Tasks
• Shared Assets
• Asset Transfers
• Assets
• Task List
• C2E Sessions
• Members
• Step 2 - Look for Filters and Search on the top of the section, as shown in the screenshot examples below.
• Step 3 - If you know the exact entity name, you can use 'Search' functionality to find it. Otherwise, use appropriate filter to narrow down on the entity.

Note: The filters are not saved. You will have to apply filters again if you navigate to another page, and come back.

You can browse all your entity pages either in a list view, or in a card view. Here's how you can change your preferred view.

• Step 1 - Go to any of the following entity page.
• Projects
• Tasks
• Shared Assets
• Asset Transfers
• Assets
• Task List
• C2E Sessions
• Members
• Step 2 - Look for view toggle button on the top right of the section, as shown in the screenshot examples below.

Note: Your preferred view will be modified to your selected view on all the pages in the platform.
