Managing several files at once is quick with multi-select. Use it to organize, publish, or delete multiple assets together instead of repeating the same action multiple times.
Selecting Multiple Assets
You can build a selection in either grid or list view, in one of two ways:
  1. Select All — click the checkbox in the header row, just before the Assets tab selector, to select every asset (and sub-folder) shown.
  2. Per-item checkboxes — tick the checkbox on individual asset and folder cards to pick exactly what you want.
Once you've selected something, the number of items selected appears at the bottom of the page, alongside the bulk-action buttons.

Bulk Actions
The bulk-action buttons sit below the Assets tab. The individual Asset Action (...) menu is disabled during a multi-selection — those actions are for single assets only.
Bulk actionWhat it does
OrganizeCopy or move the selected assets across folders and projects, subject to your permissions
PublishPublish the selected assets to a connected integration (Amazon S3, Contido, Sprinklr)
DeletePermanently remove the selected assets
Tip: To clear your selection, use the checkmark button to the left of the Organize action.
Note: You can also select up to 10 assets and download their proxy or original versions from the bulk-action area. See Download Assets.

FAQs

How do I select every asset on the page?
Click the Select All checkbox in the header row (before the Assets tab selector) to select everything on the current page, then apply Organize, Publish, or Delete.
My selection disappeared when I changed pages.
Select All works per page. If you move to another page using pagination, the selection clears and you'll need to click Select All again on the new page.
