The General tab in Team Settings is the home for team-level information and administration. Only Team Admins can access Team Settings.
To open Team Settings, click your team name in the top-left corner and select Team Settings, or navigate to it from your account menu. The General tab is selected by default.

Team Details
The Team Details section shows a read-only overview of your team's plan and capabilities:
FieldDescription
OverviewTeam ID, Cloud provider (e.g. AWS/GCP), Location, and Created on date
ProjectsThe number of projects allowed on this plan (e.g. Create unlimited projects)
ProHubThe number of concurrent cloud editing systems available (e.g. 5 Concurrent Systems)
ProHub SessionsThe number of cloud editing sessions available (e.g. Unlimited)

Security Controls
The Security Controls section lets Team Admins enforce two-factor authentication for the entire team.

Two-Factor Authentication — when this toggle is on, all team members must complete two-factor authentication every time they sign in, regardless of their personal account settings. When it is off, 2FA is optional and controlled by each member individually.

See Two-Factor Authentication for how the sign-in flow works when 2FA is active.

Manage Team
The Manage Team section has two actions:
Rename Team
  1. Click the edit (pencil) icon next to the team name.
  2. In the Update Name dialog, edit the name field.
  3. Click Update.

Delete Team
Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Deleting a team permanently removes all of the following:
  • All projects created in the team
  • All assets uploaded or created from creative tool sessions
  • All tasks created in those projects
  • All asset links shared from those projects
  • The team's used storage (cleared permanently)
To delete:
  1. Click the delete (bin) icon next to Delete Team.
  2. In the Delete Team dialog, read the list of what will be deleted and check I have read and understood these effects.
  3. Type the team name exactly in the confirmation field.
  4. Click Delete.
