Account Preferences let you personalise how Postudio looks and which activity notifications you receive. Changes apply to your account only and don't affect other team members.
To open Account Preferences, click your profile / account name in the top-left corner, go to Account Settings, and select the Preferences tab.

Page View
Sets your default layout for viewing assets and projects. Options:

- Grid View — assets displayed as cards (default)
- List View — assets displayed as rows in a table
Player Comments
Sets the default sort order for comments in the ProView player. Options:

- Timecode / Page Number — comments sorted by where they appear in the asset
- Latest First — most recently posted comments appear at the top
- Oldest First — earliest comments appear at the top
Notification Types
The Notification Types section controls the delivery channels for all notifications on your account. Both toggles must be on for a notification type to be delivered via that channel — turning one off disables that channel globally, regardless of your individual notification settings below.

Toggle any notification on or off using the switch next to it. Changes save automatically.
