Last Update 2 ngày trước

Postudio enforces a password policy to keep accounts secure. Passwords expire every 60 days, must meet complexity requirements, and cannot be reused from recent history. You can update your password at any time from Account Settings or reset it from the login page if you've forgotten it.

Password Requirements

All Postudio passwords must be at least 12 characters long and include:
  • One upper case letter
  • One lower case letter
  • One number
  • One special character — allowed: ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) [ ] { } < > ?

Password Policy

Postudio requires all email and password accounts to update their password every 60 days to keep accounts secure.

When your password is due for renewal, you'll receive an email notification prompting you to update it. Update it from Account Settings before it expires to avoid interruption to your access.

When a password is changed, you'll be signed out of all other active sessions and will need to sign in again on those devices with the new password.
Note: Your new password must not match any of your last 3 passwords.

Changing Your Password

If you're signed in and want to update your password proactively or in response to a renewal reminder:
  1. Click your profile/account name in the top-left corner and go to Account Settings.
  2. Under the Security tab, find the Password row and click the edit (pencil) icon.
  3. In the Change Password dialog, enter your current password, your new password, and confirm the new password.
  4. Click Update.

Expired Password

If your password has expired before you updated it, you won't be able to sign in. You'll see the error message: "Your password has expired."
Postudio automatically sends a password reset link to your registered email address. This link is valid for 48 hours.
To regain access:
  1. Check your email for a password reset link from Postudio.
  2. Click Reset Password in the email.
  3. Create a new password and confirm it.
  4. Sign in with your new password.
Note: If the 48-hour reset link has expired, use the Forgot password? flow on the sign-in page to request a new one.

Forgot Your Password?
If you can't sign in because you've forgotten your password:
  1. Go to app.postud.io/login (or star.postud.io/login for JioStar users).
  2. Enter your email address and click Continue.
  3. On the password screen, click Forgot password?
  4. Postudio sends a reset link to your registered email address.
  5. Open the email, click the reset link, and enter your new password.

Access your Postudio account by signing in with your email and the new password.

Note: This applies to email and password accounts only. If you sign in via SSO (JioStar), your credentials are managed by your identity provider — use your provider's own account recovery flow to regain access.
