Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) requires you to enter a 6-digit code sent to your email address each time you sign in, in addition to your password. Once enabled, it applies every time you log in.

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication
  1. Click your profile / account name in the top-left corner and go to Account Settings.
  2. Under the Security tab, find Two-Factor Authentication
and click the toggle to enable it.
  3. A Two-step Verification dialog will appear. Postudio sends a 6-digit code to your registered email address, and a confirmation banner — Verification code sent to your email address — appears at the top.
  4. Enter the 6-digit code in the dialog and click Continue.
Two-factor authentication is now active on your account.

Signing In with Two-Factor Authentication
When 2FA is enabled, the sign-in flow adds one step after your password:
  1. Enter your email and password as usual.
  2. Postudio sends a 6-digit verification code to your email.
  3. Enter the code and click Continue to access your account.

Tip: If you didn't receive the code, wait for the countdown to complete and click Resend.

Disabling Two-Factor Authentication
  1. Go to Account Settings → Security.
  2. Click the Two-Factor Authentication toggle to turn it off.
  3. A verification dialog will appear. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email and click Continue to confirm.

Team-enforced Two-Factor Authentication
A Team Admin can enforce two-factor authentication for everyone on the team via Team Settings → General → Security Controls. When enforcement is on, all team members must complete 2FA at sign-in regardless of their personal settings.

FAQs

I didn't receive my verification code.
Check your spam folder first. If the code isn't there, wait for the countdown to finish, then click Resend to request a new one.
Do I need to re-verify on every login?
Yes — when two-factor authentication is enabled, a code is required every time you sign in.
My team admin enabled 2FA for the whole team. Can I turn it off for myself?
No — when a Team Admin enforces two-factor authentication, it applies to all team members and cannot be disabled at the individual level.
Can I use an authenticator app instead of email?
Currently, verification codes are sent to your registered email address only.
