Connect your Amazon S3 bucket or Contido account to import and publish assets directly.

Postudio can connect to Amazon S3 and Contido so your team can import assets directly from cloud storage and publish finished files back out, without manual downloads and uploads.
To set up an integration, go to Team Settings → Integrations.
Note: Only Team Admins can add or remove integrations.

Connecting Amazon S3
You'll need your S3 Access Key ID, Secret Access Key, Bucket Name, and Region.

- In Team Settings → Integrations, click Add Integration and select Amazon S3.
- Enter your S3 credentials:
- Access Key ID
- Secret Access Key
- Bucket Name
- Region
- Click Connect.

Postudio validates the credentials. Once connected, your S3 bucket is available for import and publish operations across all projects in the team.
Connecting Contido
- In Team Settings → Integrations, click Add Integration and select Contido.
- Enter your Contido API credentials as prompted.
- Click Connect.

Once connected, Contido is available as a source and destination for asset transfers.

- To import an asset from S3 or Contido, open the relevant project and use the import option to pull a file in.
- To publish an asset, open the asset and use the publish action to send it to your connected integration.
All import and publish activity is logged in Transfers.

Who can use a connected integration?
Once an Admin connects an integration, all team members with the relevant project permissions can use it to import and publish assets.

How do I disconnect an integration?
Go to Team Settings → Integrations, find the connected integration, and remove it. This stops all future imports and publishes through that connection but does not affect assets already transferred.

My S3 connection is failing.
Double-check that the Access Key ID, Secret Access Key, Bucket Name, and Region are all correct. Make sure the IAM policy attached to the key has read/write access to the bucket. Contact support if the issue persists.
