Postudio is invite-only. There's no public self-sign-up. Depending on how you've been invited, you may have access to a single project or full team membership — your permissions are set at the point of invitation.
Getting an Invitation
You'll receive an invite from either the Postudio team or an existing Postudio user. Invitations can be sent for any of the following access levels:

| Team Member or Team Admin | Access all projects in the team per your role |
| Project Member or Project Admin | Access a specific project per your role |
| Task Assignment | View and action a task assigned to you |
| Asset Review, Approval, or Download | Review, approve, or download a specific asset |
| Live Collaboration | Join a live ProHub editing session |
Once you accept the invite and complete sign-up, your access is scoped to what you were invited for.

Postudio supports two sign-in methods:
Email and password — available to all users. Enter your registered email, then your password, on the sign-in screen.

Password Requirements
Passwords must be at least 12 characters long and include all four of the following:
- One upper case letter
- One lower case letter
- One number
- One special character
Allowed special characters: ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) [ ] { } < > ?
Tip: A strong password uses a mix of unrelated words, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using your name, email address, or anything easy to guess.
