This release focuses on sharing—giving you more control over how assets go out and the ability to manage links after they've been shared. You can now set flexible link durations, create a public link in one click, and change or remove a shared link at any time.
Sharing
Flexible Link Validity
Sharing an asset for Review, Approval, or Download now uses a Link Validity dropdown in place of the earlier toggle.
Choose from 7 Days, 30 Days, 60 Days, or No Limit, or set a custom duration of 1–365 days or 1–120 hours.
When you pick a custom option, the modal shows the exact expiry date so there's no guesswork. If no validity is set, the link continues to default to 48 hours.

Copy Public Link
The Share action now opens a submenu with two options.
Share Asset opens the full share modal, where you choose a share type, add specific people or groups, and set link options in detail.
Copy Public Link creates a public link that requires no login and copies it straight to your clipboard—ideal for sharing with many people at once.
Public links default to No Limit validity, appear on your Shared page, and trigger a confirmation email.
Copy Public Link requires the Approver/Reviewer Assignment permission.

Copy Private Link
The Copy Link option under the More menu has been renamed to Copy Private Link. It creates a private preview link for logged-in team members, making it easy to distinguish from the new public link. The behaviour is unchanged—only the name is clearer.

Passcode Sent by Email
When you share an asset with a passcode, Postudio now includes that passcode in the download email sent to the recipient. You no longer need to share the passcode separately—recipients get everything they need to access the asset in one place.

Shared
Change Validity
Shared links can now be updated after they've gone out. From the Shared page, open a shared asset's More menu and select Change Validity to extend or shorten an active link without re-sharing. The duration options match the share modal exactly.

Delete Shared Link
A shared link can now be permanently deleted from the Shared page.
Open the asset's More menu, select Delete, and type "confirm" to remove the link. Recipients lose access immediately, while the original asset stays safe in the project—only the shared link is removed.
