Rename Assets
You can now rename both files and folders directly from the Project Details page. This makes it easier to keep assets organized, maintain clear naming conventions, and update labels without disrupting existing workflows or structure.

To rename a file/folder, go to the Asset Card and navigate to Organize → Rename. Enter the new name and confirm to apply the update. The change takes effect instantly, without impacting the asset’s location, links, or associated comments—so your workflow continues uninterrupted.

A new permission has been added under Member & Group Permissions → Organize Assets. It is enabled by default for Project Admins and disabled for other project members. Team Admins can grant this permission within a project based on access requirements.

To receive notifications, navigate to Account Preferences → Asset Notifications → Rename and enable it to get in-app alerts. This setting is disabled by default.

Access Audit Reports

Stay informed with automated weekly email reports covering project access, groups, members, and permissions. These reports provide better visibility into who has access to what, helping teams maintain governance, audit changes, and ensure proper access control across projects.
