Sprinklr is an AI-powered customer experience management platform. The Postudio integration lets your team publish finished assets from Postudio directly to Sprinklr without leaving the platform. Once connected at the team level, any authorised team member can publish assets to Sprinklr from within a project.
To set up Sprinklr, go to Team Settings → Integrations.
Note: Only Team Admins can connect or disconnect the Sprinklr integration.

Connecting Sprinklr
- In Team Settings → Integrations, click Add Integration and select Sprinklr.
- In the Sprinklr dialog, fill in the following fields:
- Click Create.

| Environment | Select your Sprinklr environment |
| Business Unit | Select the business unit within your Sprinklr environment |
| Agency - Media Assets | Select the agency and media assets destination |
Once connected, Sprinklr becomes available as a publish destination across the team's projects.
Publishing to Sprinklr
After the integration is connected, team members can publish assets directly from a project. The publish action sends the asset to your Sprinklr environment, and the transfer is logged in Transfers.
