Project Members
Add collaborators to a project and manage their roles and permissions.

Project members are the people you collaborate with on a project — assigning tasks, sharing files, and co-editing in real time. You control each member's access through the role you assign and their individual permissions.
Adding Members
- Open your Project Page.
- Click the + New button.
- Select Invite Members.
- Enter the Name or Email Address of each member.
- Set their Role and access Duration.
- Click Invite.
Members receive an invitation and are added to the project in the role you set.
- Already on Postudio — select their username from the list and click Update to add them instantly.
- New to Postudio — they're prompted to join; once they sign up, they're added to your project.
Managing a Member
On a member's card, click Member Actions (...):

| Edit Details | Change the member's role — Project Admin, Task Admin, or Project Member |
| Change Permissions | Fine-tune individual permissions such as project management, downloads, and sharing |
| Delete | Remove the member from the project permanently |

Removing a Member
Removing a member takes away their access to the project. It's permanent and requires confirmation.

- On the member's card, click Member Actions (...) → Delete.
- In the Delete Member dialog, review the member's name, email, and role.
- Type confirm into the field.
- Click Delete.
Note: This removes the member from this project only. Their Postudio account and any access to other projects are unaffected.
