Project Member Permissions

Project Management

• Project Access: Enables joining and collaborating as a member of this project.

• Project Administration: Enables modification of project configurations, settings, and operational details.

• Member Management: Enables project members management, including invitations, removals, and access controls.

• C2E Session Management: Enables creation and oversight of camera-to-edit sessions within the project environment.

Assets Management

• Upload Assets: Enables uploading files and folders to this project.

• View All Assets: Enables viewing every asset in the project, including those uploaded by others.

• Share Folders: Enables sharing project folders with others, including setting access permissions.

• Asset Metadata Management: Enables creation, modification, and maintenance of metadata associated with project assets.

• Delete All Assets: Enables the authority to delete any asset within the project, regardless of the original uploader.

Organise Assets

• Copy Within Project: Enables copying of assets between folders within the same project.

• Move Within Project: Enables relocating assets between folders within the same project on a permanent basis.

• Copy Between Projects: Enables copying of assets from the current project to another project within the same team.

• Move Between Projects: Enables permanent transfer of assets from the current project to another project within the same team.

• Copy Between Teams: Enables permission to copy assets from a project in one team to a project assigned to a different team. This also requires the Upload Assets permission on the destination project.

Task Management

• Task Lifecycle Management: Enables authority to create, assign, update, complete, and delete tasks within the project workflow.

• Launch Cloud System (Project-Level): Enables requesting cloud system resources from the project without requiring a task association.

• Launch Cloud System (Task-Level): Enables requesting cloud system resources tied to a specific task.

• Live Collaboration: Enables inviting project members to participate in real-time collaboration within a cloud session.

Publish Assets

• Publish Postudio-Generated Assets to S3: Enables the transfer of Postudio cloud system-generated assets from this project to an Amazon S3 destination.

• Publish All Assets to S3: Enables the publication of any project asset, including user-uploaded or third-party assets, to an Amazon S3 destination.

• Publish Postudio-Generated Assets to Contido: Enables the distribution of Postudio cloud system-generated assets from this project to Contido.

• Publish All Assets to Contido: Enables permission to publish all asset types from this project to Contido storage.

• Publish Assets to Sprinklr: Enables the sharing of project assets with Sprinklr for downstream workflows.

Proxy Asset Sharing and Download

• Share Proxy Postudio Assets: Enables sharing watermarked proxy versions of the cloud system-generated assets for download.

• Share Proxy Versions of All Assets: Enables sharing proxy versions of any project assets, including non-Postudio assets, with external recipients.

• Download Proxy Postudio Assets: Enables downloading the proxy versions of the cloud system-generated assets.

• Download All Proxy Assets: Enables the ability to download proxy versions of all assets within the project.

Original Asset Sharing and Download

• Share Original Postudio Assets: Enables sharing original, full-resolution Postudio cloud system-generated assets outside the project.

• Share Original Versions of All Assets: Enables sharing original, full-quality versions of any assets in the project with external recipients.

• Download Original Postudio Assets: Enables downloading the original versions of the cloud system-generated assets.

• Download All Original Assets: Enables the ability to download original, full-resolution assets from the project.

• Approver/Reviewer Assignment: Enables the sharing of assets with designated approvers or reviewers, including those external to the project.
• Asset Status Management: Enables the ability to modify the status of any asset within the project lifecycle.
• Asset Approval Authority: Enables approving assets by setting their status to Approved.
• Public Comment Access: Enables viewing and contributing public comments on project assets.
• Private Comment Access: Enables viewing and contributing private, internal comments restricted to authorized project members.

Copy Assets: Ensure both Copy Assets and Upload permissions are enabled to perform this action.
Move Assets: Ensure both Move Assets and Download permissions are enabled to perform this action.
