Two-Factor Authentication

Add an extra layer of security to your Postudio account with OTP verification. Here’s how to set it up:

1. Sign in to Postudio with your email and password

2. Goto your Profile icon on the top right 

3. Select Account Settings > Security

4. Enable the Two-Step Verification option

5. Check your email for a verification code

6. Enter the code in the verification pop-up on Postudio

Done! Two-Step verification is now enabled. You’ll receive an OTP via email every time you log in. This helps prevent unauthorised access and keeps your account more secure.

1. How do I disable two-step verification?

Disabling 2FA is just like enabling it:

• Sign in to Postudio with your email and password

• Goto your Profile icon on the top right

• Select Account Settings > Security

• Uncheck the Two-Step verification option

• Enter the verification code sent to your email

Once verified, two-step verification will be disabled.

2. When can I resend the Two-Step verification code?

If you didn’t receive the OTP, you can click the Resend Two-Step verification Code link. It becomes available 2 minutes after the first request. One can request a maximum of 3 OTPs consecutively.

Note: For account safety reasons, it gets locked after 3 attempts.

3. Do both enabling and disabling Two-Step verification require OTP?

Yes, you'll receive an OTP via email for both enabling and disabling 2FA. Entering the code is required to confirm the action.
