To keep your Postudio account secure, passwords must be updated every 60 days. When updated, you'll be signed out of all devices and need to log in again with your new password.
How to change your password (if you're signed in)?
On Home Page, scroll to the Profile icon on the top right
Click on Account Settings > Security
Edit Password - Click the pencil icon in Password section.
Enter your current password, your new password, and then confirm the password.
Click Update Password to save changes
Once updated, you’ll be prompted to log in again using the new password.
If your password has expired, you won’t be able to sign in. Instead, you’ll see an error message: “Your password has expired.”
Here’s what to do:
Check your email for a password reset link
Click the Reset Password button in the email
Create a new password and confirm it
You’ll be able to sign in with the new password

1. What is the ideal password combination?
Your password must be at least 12 characters long and include:
At least one uppercase letter
Numbers
Symbols (e.g., !@#$%^&?*-=_+|}{,><)
2. Can I reuse my old password?
No. For security, your new password must not match any of your last 3 passwords.Use a unique combination each time.
3. What happens when my password is due for change?
You’ll receive an email notification prompting you to update your password.You’ll need to create a new password to continue accessing your Postudio account.
4. What if I enter the wrong password multiple times?
Your account will be locked for 10 minutes after multiple failed login attempts. You can try again later or choose to reset your password via email.
