Share Assets for Review/Approval/Download

Once you finish your day's work, you can share the output with your team for their review/approval.

Here's how you can share assets with someone else:

• Go to Project page > Asset card (hover on it)
• Go to Asset Actions > Share > For Review / For Approval / For Download / To Amazon S3 (for secure sharing)

Here's what these actions mean:

Review:

Simply click on the Share > For Review option to share with your collaborators or outside Postudio.

The person you're sharing with will receive an email with the asset link to Review. They'll need to Sign In to preview the asset on the player and share their feedback by commenting on the player. 

People who are not Postudio users can review the asset as a Guest, without Sign Up.

Approval:

Simply click on the Share > For Approval option to share with your collaborators or outside Postudio.

The person you're sharing with will receive an email with the asset link to Approve. They'll need to Sign In to preview the asset on the player, leave their comments, and change the status of the asset on the player.

Non-Postudio users will have to Sign Up to approve the asset.

Download:

Simply click on the Share > For Download option to share with your collaborators or outside Postudio.

The person you're sharing with will receive an email with the asset link to download. While sharing you can set a passcode of min 8 and max 16 characters and the link expiration duration between 1hr to 120hrs. Postudio doesn't share the passcode with the download link. So You can share the passcode externally via email/message/call.

People who are not Postudio users can review the asset as a Guest, without Sign Up.

Amazon S3:

Simply click on the Share > To Amazon S3 (Secure) option to share with your collaborators or outside Postudio.

You can send your work back to your S3 buckets by selecting the available Output S3 Buckets and Folder Path.
