The Project page has two main sections, All Assets and Users.

Assets

These are the assets uploaded by the project creator or the collaborators for the rest of the team to start with their work. You're encouraged to copy all the required assets into your folder before you start working on them.

Users

These folders are created for the team members while assigning tasks to keep their project files in one place. Each team member will have a folder with their name on it. You can copy the required assets into it and save your exports.

These additional folders are created for better organization and to avoid accidental deletion of data.

All-User Folder with Read-Write Access

Common file sharing within the project has been made easy for the editors with a brand new All-User folder created under the Users section. Now all the users from the project can read and write into the single storage path "All-Users". This is compatible with Adobe Production workflow.

FAQs:

Can I edit a file created by another user?

Yes, once the editors save their cloud system files in the All-Users folder, you can start working from where they've left off.
