A project is where your assets, tasks, and collaborators come together. You can find all your projects on the Home page and filter them by Team and Owner.
Creating a Project
- Go to the Projects page.
- Click the + New button.
- Enter a Project Name (max 70 characters).
- Click Create.
You'll be taken to your new Project Page, where you can add project members, create and assign tasks, upload assets, request cloud systems, and more.
Tip: Learn more about the supported characters you can use in a project name.
Project Ownership
- Created by me — projects you created. You are the project admin and have all project permissions.
- Shared with me — projects where you've been added as a project member by someone else. You can view assets, tasks, and other project members; your access depends on the permissions set by the project admin, and your role determines what you can edit, upload, or manage.

- On the Projects page, locate the search bar in the top-right.
- Type the project name and press Enter.

Who can see my project?
Your project is visible only to you (the project admin), project members you've added, task assignees (only until their task is completed), and all Team Admins and Team Members (added by default).

Can I upload assets or add project members on a shared project?
It depends on the permissions given by the project admin. If you've been granted access to upload assets, assign tasks, or manage project members, those options will be available. For anything else, contact your project admin.
