- You will be the project admin for this project. Therefore, you will have all the project permissions w.r.t. this project.
- Shared with me - These are projects where you’ve been added as a project member by someone else.
- You can view assets, tasks, and other Project members—your access depends on the permissions set by the project admin.
- Your role will determine what you can edit, upload, or manage within the project.

On the Project Page, locate the Search Bar on the top right
Type the Project Name and hit Enter

1. How do I manage my project?
Once your project is created, you can manage it from the Project Page by:
Uploading assets
Adding Project members
Creating and assigning tasks
Requesting cloud systems
Everything you need to kick off your workflow is right there.
2. Who can see my project?
Your project is visible only to:You (the project admin)
Project Members you’ve added to the project
Task assignees, and only until their task is completed
All Team Admins and Team Members are added to the project by default
This ensures secure, role-based access to your creative workspace.
3. How can I work on shared projects?
If you've been added as a project member, here’s what you can do:
Check Tasks Page. Find out if you’ve been assigned a task.
Review any files shared with you in the Shared Assets Page.
Complete your tasks or provide feedback based on your role.
4. Can I upload assets or add other project members on a Shared Project?
It depends on the permissions given by the project admin. If you’ve been granted access to upload assets, assign tasks, or manage Project members, those options will be available to you in the project. For anything else, please contact your project admin for required permissions.
