Why Create a Team
When onboarding a new business, studio, or functional team for content collaboration or post-production, set up a separate team.

Each team is almost its own ecosystem:

• Storage space — every team on Postudio has its own separate storage space.
• Members and admins — every team has its own admins and team members.
• Projects — a team has its own set of projects.

1. Select the Switch Team module in the top-left, under the Postudio logo.
2. Click the last option in the dropdown — New Team.
3. In the New Team pop-up, enter:
   • Team Name (max 30 characters)
   • Region — your geographical region
   • Name or Email of team members — optional; you can add members after the team is created
4. Click Create.

Your request is received by the Postudio team, and team creation is enabled according to your subscription plan.

1. Click the team module in the top-left corner to open the dropdown.
2. You'll see a list of all teams you have access to.
3. Select the team you want, or search for it by name in the search widget inside the module.

You'll be redirected to that team's workspace, where you can view and manage all the projects you're part of within that team.
