Perform bulk actions across multiple assets in your project

Managing several assets at once is simple with Postudio’s multi-select feature. Use it to organize, publish and delete files efficiently.
Go to your Project
Select assets you want to organise, publish or delete using checkboxes. Asset selection checkboxes can be found on both the card view and the list view.
Once selected, the total number of items selected will appear at the bottom of the page
Asset Bulk Actions
Organize: Copy Assets and Move Assets. As per your permissions, you can copy or move assets across folders and projects.
Publish: Share assets to Amazon S3, or Share assets to Contido.
Use the Delete Assets button to delete multiple assets at once. Use the checkmark button, before the Organize Action, to clear selection of all selected assets.

How can I select all the assets on a page?
Yes, you can select all assets on the current page:Click the checkbox (Select All) in the table header, before the Asset tab selector
All assets on the current page will be selected
You can now apply multi-select actions such as Organize, Publish or Delete
Note: If you switch pages using pagination, your selection will be cleared. You’ll need to re-click the checkbox (Select All) on each new page.
