Transfer your content securely to, and from, the Amazon S3 and Contido platforms with third-party integrations.

A new integration can only be added by the Team Admins. Once it is added, it can be used to transfer assets by any Project Member who has the required permission.

Here's how you can integrate with your Amazon S3 bucket:

  • Click on the Profile section on the top right, and select Team Settings.
  • On Team Settings Page, click on Integrations tab
  • Click on + Add New to start a new integration
  • A pop-up named Amazon S3 will open up, where you can select
    • Input Path
    • Output Path
    • Enable Date Folders, if needed
  • The region will be auto-selected based on your selected team region.
  • Select the Input Path / Output Path boxes to transfer files from / to specific buckets respectively.
  • Enter the S3 Bucket Name. You can also enter the optional folder path.
  • Check Date Folder if you want to keep your assets in date-wise folders
  • Click Create
  • Bucket Policy
    • You will see a Bucket Policy statement which you'll have to copy to your S3 bucket in order to grant access to Postudio.
    • Go to your Amazon S3 account > Bucket page > Permissions tab > Bucket Policy section > Press Edit, Paste the above Policy.
    • Save the changes on AWS. Until the bucket policy is confirmed on AWS, the integration will remain in 'Pending' state.
    • Come back to Postudio and click the confirm updates.

Once the integration is successful, you can see the existing integrations in the Integrations tab within Amazon S3 section.

Here's how you can integrate with your Contido bucket: Follow the same set of steps, as above, but within the Contido section of the Integrations tab.
