Need to bring your cloud-generated files to your local system? You can easily download any asset stored in your project.
How to download an asset:
How to download an asset:
- Go to your Project Page
- Locate the asset you want to download
- Click Asset Actions (...) on the asset card.
- Select Download Proxy/Original to start downloading the file
- Proxy:
- Once clicked, we'll prepare the watermarked proxy
- You'll receive an email when the proxy is ready for download
- Use the "Click to Download" button on the email to access the asset
- The download link will be available for 12 hours
- Original: This will download the original asset immediately
- Alternatively, you can select up to 10 assets to download their proxy/original versions from the multiselect actions area.
FAQs
Why do I not see the download option?
If the Download option is not visible for an asset, it may be due to Permission Restrictions. You haven’t been granted download access for the file. Please contact Project Admin to request download permissions.
