Deleting a task permanently removes it from the project. This action requires confirmation and cannot be undone.

Steps
  1. Go to the Tasks List tab on the project page, or open Tasks from the sidebar
  2. Click Task Actions (...) on the task card or list row
  3. Select Delete
  4. A confirmation dialog appears showing a summary of the task—review the details to confirm you are deleting the right task:
    • Assigned to (name and email)
    • Task type
    • Due date (the deadline date, or No Limit if none was set)
    • Task status (the current status—Pending, In Progress, or Expired)
  5. Type confirm in the text field
  6. Click Delete
Note: The task will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
