Shared Assets
Share Assets, or find assets shared by you

Shared Assets are files or folders that have been shared with you or shared by you for Review, Approval, or Download. Whenever you share a file or a folder, the recipient gets a notification, and the file / folder appears in the Shared Assets section.
To view shared assets:
Click on Shared Assets Page
You’ll see all files / folders awaiting review, approval, or download
Stay up to date on project feedback and file sharing—right from this section.
List View
You can also use list view, as per your preference, using the list and card view toggle on the right. Check the screenshot below for details.

Here are the details shown on a shared asset card:

Bottom section (in order):
Asset Name
File Format (e.g., .mp4, .jpg, .psd)
Shared Date
Shared By
- More (...) lists available actions and additional information about the asset
- Asset ID: Unique ID for the asset.
- Copy Link: Copy asset deep-link
- Download Asset
- Manage Access
FAQs
1. Why can't I share a file for download?
If you don’t see the Share > For Download option, it means you don’t have permission to share files for download. Please reach out to the project admin to request access.2. How do I search and filter my Shared Assets?
