Set Preferences and check Latency on Mac and Chrome Browser

Change Display Settings on Mac:


  • Once you're in the cloud system, you'll see your Session ID on the top right
  • Click on the Dropdown
  • Go to Preferences
  • The second tab is the Display tab, where you can change responsiveness, resolution, quality, etc.

Change Keyboard Settings on Mac:

  • Once you're in the cloud system, you'll see your Session ID on the top right
  • Click on the Dropdown
  • Go to Preferences
  • The third tab is the Keyboard tab, where you can change the Option and Command key settings

Check Latency on Mac:


  • On the Nice DCV app, click on Connection
  • In the dropdown choose Streaming Metrics
  • View Framerate, Network Latency, etc.

  • Then go to Preferences
  • The second tab there is the Display tab, where you can change responsiveness, resolution, quality, etc.

Check Latency on Chrome Browser:


Once you're in the cloud system, you'll see your Session ID on the top right

  • Click on the Dropdown
  • Then go to Preferences
  • The second tab is the Display tab, where you can Enable the Streaming Metrics
  • Click Save
  • On top of your screen, you'll see some metrics in fps and ms
  • Click on it to view detailed metrics and latency
