Manage ProHub Session
Extend your booked time or end a ProHub session when you're done.

When you launch a ProHub session you book it for a set duration. You can book up to 4 hours at a stretch, and extend the session hourly as long as you need it — effectively indefinitely.
Session Length
- Maximum initial booking: 4 hours at a stretch.
- Extensions: add time in hourly increments, with no fixed cap.
Extending a Session
An Extend Session panel appears in the active-session view when about 35 minutes or less remain. Each extension adds 1 hour.

- Expand the Extend Session panel ("Extend this cloud session by 1 hour.").
- Click the blue Extend Session button.
- In the pop-up, click Extend to confirm.
Your remaining time increases by an hour. Repeat whenever the panel reappears near the end of your time.
Note: Extending doesn't require typing confirm — it's a single Extend click, unlike ending a session.
Ending a Session
When you're finished, end the session to shut the system down. Save your work first — ending the session does not save it for you.

- In your active ProHub session, expand the End Session panel.
- Click the red End Session button.
- In the pop-up, type confirm in the field.
- Click End Session.
Your current system shuts down. You can launch a fresh ProHub session whenever you need one.
Note: Confirm how session time and extensions are reflected in Transactions before publishing, and cross-link if appropriate.
