In post-production, endless file versions like final_final_237.mp4 are a thing of the past. With Postudio's Live Collaboration, you can co-edit in real time — no rendering multiple versions, no waiting on feedback loops.
Inviting Someone to Collaborate
- In your active ProHub session, expand the Live Collaboration panel.
- In Add an email or name, type and select the project member you want to invite.
- Click Invite. The member appears in the panel with their name and email.
Invited members join from the Live Collaboration widget in their own sidebar, where they can Join call and Join screen share.

During the Session
Once someone's in, use the controls next to their name (and in the Live Collaboration widget):
Once someone's in, use the controls next to their name (and in the Live Collaboration widget):
| Control | What it does |
| Call icon (green) | Start or join the audio call. Make sure your browser has microphone access enabled. |
| Mic icon | Mute or unmute yourself during the call. |
| End-call icon (red) | Leave or end the audio call. |
| Screen-share icon (blue) | Start or join screen share, so both people see and edit the same session in real time. |
| Remove icon | Remove a collaborator from the session. |

With screen share running, both people have access to the same timeline, tools, markers, changes, and media — no matter where they are.
Note: You can only invite project members, and access depends on the permissions set by the project admin — see Project Member Roles & Permissions.
