Deleting a project permanently removes the project and all of its contents. This is a Project Admin action that requires explicit confirmation and cannot be undone.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete a project, the following are removed permanently:
  • All assets uploaded to the project or created from the cloud system
  • Tasks created in the project
  • Asset links shared from the project
Note: This action can't be undone — there is no trash or recovery option once a project is deleted. Move or back up anything you need to keep first.

Steps
  1. Open the project you want to delete.
  2. Click the ... (Project Actions) menu in the top-right of the project page.
  3. Select Delete Project.
  4. In the Delete Project dialog, review the project name and the list of what will be permanently removed.
  5. Tick I have read and understood these effects.
  6. Type the project name exactly as shown into the confirmation field.
  7. Click Delete.

The project is permanently deleted along with its assets, tasks, and shared links.

Tip: The Delete button stays unavailable until you both tick the confirmation checkbox and type the project name exactly — a safeguard against accidental deletion.

FAQs

Can a deleted project be recovered?
No — deletion is permanent. There is no trash or undo, so make sure you've moved or backed up anything you need before deleting.
The Delete button won't activate.
You need to do both: tick I have read and understood these effects and type the exact project name in the field. Check for typos or extra spaces.
Who can delete a project?
Deleting a project is a Project Admin action. See Project Member Roles & Permissions.
What happens to links I shared from the project?
Asset links shared from the project are removed when the project is deleted, so anyone you shared them with will no longer be able to open those assets.
