Draw around the frame to communicate better

Last Update 2 bulan yang lalu

Postudio offers this amazing feature where you can draw around a certain element or object of a scene in a frame so it’s easier to communicate with teammates.

Here's how you can do it:

  • Go to your Project page and open a video/image file
  • You will be directed to the Preview Player now
  • Click the marker on the preview player. It’s the one that looks like a brush
  • Or click on the shapes (Arrow, Circle, Square) to draw the shape on the asset preview
  • Your asset (unless it’s a still image) will be paused at this point
  • Draw around the object/element you want to talk about
  • And comment about it so your teammate can understand exactly what you're talking about.

FAQs:

How do I know if a comment has annotations?

On the right side comment section, the comment cards with the brush icon signify that there's an annotation in that comment.

How do I comment on a timecode without annotation which already has an annotation?

  • Use the Clear Annotation icon, next to the Undo/Redo icon to clear the existing annotation at the same timecode and comment.
