Set up your Adobe account correctly so it works inside the Postudio cloud.

Getting your Adobe account configured the right way — with a login-and-password sign-in and the correct organisation profile — ensures Adobe apps launch cleanly inside your ProHub sessions.
Account Signup
Once an Adobe license is assigned to your account, you'll receive a Welcome or Get Started email from Adobe. Click the link in that email to be redirected to Adobe.

Create your Adobe account using an email and password.
Important: Do not sign up with a third-party SSO (Google, Apple, or Facebook). SSO logins will not work inside Postudio environments.
Adobe Account Profile
After signup, Adobe may create two profiles under your email:
- Your personal profile.
- Your organisation profile (for example, Postudio Private Limited).
Always select your organisation profile for office work. Your personal profile won't have access to organisation assets and permissions.
Asset Storage
Because you're using storage provided by Postudio, select Keep files in personal cloud storage when prompted.
Launching Adobe Software in Postudio Cloud
Sign in with the email and password you created above.
Important: If you use a third-party SSO (Google, Apple, Facebook) to log in inside the Postudio cloud, sign-in will fail. Use your email and password only.
Multiple Logins
Adobe allows sign-in on two machines at a time. When you sign in on a third, Adobe asks you to sign out of one of the previous two — click Sign out on the session you no longer need.
