These are assets shared with you for Review, Approval, or Download.
When you share a file with someone, they get a notification, and the file is kept waiting for necessary action under the Shared Assets section.
Here's how you can find them:
- Head to Home Page > Shared Assets
- Any file shared with you for review or approval or download is listed under Shared Assets

What are the details shown on the task card?
The shared asset card has the following details:
- The asset thumbnail
- At the bottom in order: Asset name, Format, Shared date
Why can't I Share a file for Download?
- If you don't see the Share > For Download option, it means you haven't been given access to it. Contact the project owner if you need the required permissions to do so.
