Cloud System Support
Report a cloud system issue during your cloud session if your system is not responsive. Here's how you can do it:
Click on Session Support section in the Cloud System tab.
Click on Report Issue button.
On the next pop-up: select Troubleshooting Cloud Session as the issue type. Then, type and hit confirm.
We'll look into the problem and terminate the session.
You should be able to request a new cloud system afterward.

If you use same configuration again and again for your work, you don't need to select system types, softwares, plugins, hardware and time again. You can launch the machine with one click using 'Recently Used' option.
