Cloud Systems Inactivity Logs

We are introducing detailed inactivity logs for your team’s cloud system sessions. These logs will monitor and record daily usage patterns at the individual user session level, organized by project.

With these logs, you can analyze user activity and identify periods of inactivity, giving you better visibility into each cloud session and project-specific usage trends. This will also highlight potential opportunities to optimize cloud resource management

Cloud Systems Permission Stack Update

Moving forward, all editors will have the ability to copy, paste, and delete assets directly within the "Y Drive" on the cloud systems. Previously, these actions were restricted to the User Folders and All-User Folders. 

This update expands asset management capabilities, offering editors greater flexibility and efficiency when organizing and maintaining files.

Storage Management Reminder

When your team's cloud storage usage reaches 80% of its total capacity, an automated email notification will be sent to the Team Admins to remind them to proactively manage your storage. 

At that point, you will have the option to either purchase additional storage, clean up unnecessary files, or archive older data to ensure continued smooth operation and avoid disruptions due to storage limitations.
